#PROMISCUOUS_GRACE!

#PROMISCUOUS_GRACE
(By Pst. Iyke of LET'S TALK Marriage by Psts. Iyke & Lisa)

During my 7th wedding anniversary, I got away with my wife.
Relaxing in a hotel, a preacher came on air and mentioned the phrase #Promiscuous_Grace.

Initially, I was like, "why should the awesome Grace of God be associated to such a negative word: promiscuous?"
Then I heard Him say to me that, "MY GRACE IS VERY PROMISCUOUS."

I looked up the word promiscuous and beyond it being sexually inclined, it is also defined as:

"Demonstrating or implying an #Unselective approach;
#Indiscriminate or
#Casual."

It is a situation where someone is
#Indiscriminate,
#Undiscriminating,
#Unselective,
#Thoughtless,
#Unthinking,
#Unconsidered,
#Casual &
#Careless.

It means when God wants to release His Grace, He is some worth, #Thoughtless about it.

If God settles down to CONSIDER or THINK about, if we are deserving of His Grace, nobody will ever receive that Grace.

God is so
#Indiscriminate,
#Undiscriminating and
#Unselective about His Grace.

As long as God is concerned, it doesn't matter who you are, what you've done and how you did it, if you look for His Grace, He gives it
#Casually and
#Carelessly!

In the actual sense, there is nothing like, your chances are over.
As long as you have breath, your chances are never over!
With men, your chances could be over, but not with God!
God is not a God of second chance.

God is the God of 365 or 366 chances in a year as (the case may be).
Every day of the year that you are privileged to see, is another chance God gave to you!

"The steadfast love of the Lord NEVER ceaseth, His mercies NEVER come to an end, they are new every morning, great is His faithfulness!" (#Lamentation3:22-23 )

Grace expires only when you are dead or raptured, but as long as you open your eyes to a new day, no matter what you've done, if you repent and come to Him, He will relent and give you HIS Grace!

Does it now mean we should continue in sin for Grace to abound?
GOD FORBID!! (#Romans6:1)

However, Where sin sinunds, Grace much more abounds. (#Romans5:20)

Therefore, if the devil is protiscuous with releasing his sin, I will be extra promiscuous with my Grace!

I have released my Grace in such a promiscuous manner that no matter who it is that comes looking for it, S/HE #MUST_GET_IT!

Many reading this know that if not for this promiscuity GRACE of God, they would never have been qualified to be used by God the way God is using them.

#CONCLUSION:

Here is my conclusion, don't look at anybody and write that person off, no matter the multitude of the person's iniquity.

The only time a person is written off is, if the person missed all the chances God gave him or her on daily basis and died without embracing Grace! HORRIBLE!

~• There is no Grace in the grave!

~• There is no Grace in hell &

~• There is no Grace with the devil.

Don't let the devil kill you without embracing the Grace of God.

Today is the finest opportunity ever, tomorrow might just be the closure leading only to an eternity of regrets!

#Repent_Now!

How do I do that?

Very simple!

Just Say this with me:
"Jesus, please come into my life.
Forgive me of all my sins, I confess that I am a sinner and I ask you for your GRACE.
Wash me with your blood and accept me in the beloved.
With my heart I believe you and with my mouth, I confess you are Lord. Thank you for saving me! Now I know,
#I_AM_BORN_AGAIN!

#AMEN!
THAT'S GRACE!
HIS #AMAZING_PROMISCUOUS GRACE!

I'M A FAILURE! 2 (By @PstIyke)

I wrote the first part of this article some days ago.
I never knew there will be need for a second part, but here am I trying to explain "I'M A FAILURE" further.

What prompted this second part?

The obvious refusal of people to see the #Human_me and their unequivocal resoluteness to see and uphold the #Divine_me.

Nobody is absolutely divine!
Nobody is perfect!
All men are flawed!
If God is to consider iniquity WHO SHALL STAND? (Psalm 130:3)
It is not some or few that sinned and came short of the Glory of God, it is ALL!
(Romans 3:23)

Remember the strong question I asked in part 1 was "WHY IS GOD INSTERESTED IN A FAILURE?"

As my birthday draws near, the question I asked myself today was: "WHY ARE THERE MORE PERFECT PEOPLE IN THE GRAVE & NOT ME?"

I am amazed at The mystery of Grace!
The fact that it humiliates the power of the Grave.
The Grave bows once Grace appears.

But that's not my point, though it's a strong point and worthy of giving God the highest praise.

HERE IS MY POINT:

A young man once told me how it took him years and effort to build his reputation and how he will not allow anything or anybody to dent that reputation.

His point of view is good in and of itself.
I understand the need of reputation.

BUT, The problem is that I didn't notice it takes some
#Time,
#Effort and
#Years
to build reputation.

I have just been living my life and I was never in any way conscious of building any reputation, yet people have refused to believe that I am a failure.

The question is, "why are people upholding a reputation I didn't consciously build?"
I am not perfect and that is being
#factual,
#truthful &
#real!

I never consciously built or tried to protect any reputation.
I have always owned up to the fact that I am probably the worst creature on earth.

Yet, How I am
#Loved,
#Cherished and
#Appreciated,
I sincerely do not understand!

I don't know if this part 2 clearifies the intention of part 1 which buttresses the reality of human frailties and not divine strength.

CONCLUSION:

I will end by pulling out what I said in part 1 and repeating it here.

The only thing I understand when I look at my life is a combination of my name and my late sister's name:

1. #IKECHUKWU
(God's Strength) &
2. #AMARACHUKWU
(God's Grace)

I understood it so much so that I named #JAHDIEL my second daughter #AMARACHUKWU_AMAKA
(God's Grace is Beautiful).

If the two names above are not your description or understanding of me, you don't know me!
I AM WHAT I AM BY THE GRACE OF GOD!

I find it difficult to give or accept any form of credit to myself.

God is responsible!
He is absolutely deserving of all the credits!

As for me?
Lol ordinary DUST!

Like I solicited in part 1,
Please keep me in your prayers!

God Bless You!

I'M A FAILURE! (By @PstIyke)

I remember secondary school days especially during collection of results.

No teacher ever gives credit to those who failed.

Credit is always given to those who
~• did well,
~• passed all their exams and
~• came out with flying colors.

As my birthday approaches, I have people who are already sending in
#Kind_Words,
#Appreciations and
#Giving_Me_Credits.

Yet again, I remember that credit is only given to THOSE WHO DID WELL & not THOSE WHO FAILED.

If not that there are rooms in the bible where it's clearly stated that "GOD uses things that are not to bring to nought the things that are" (1 Cor. 1:28), I would never have been qualified.

If not that "we have this treasure is hidden in earthen vessels..."
(2 Cor. 4:7) the right question would have been "WHO DASH MONKEY BANANAS?"

~• Have people been healed? Yes!

~• Have they been delivered? Yes!

~• Did many experience divine visitation and turn around through my engagement, involvement or ministration? Yes!

~• Did they receive direction and deliverance from confusion? Yes!

~• What of marital restoration, bliss and  healing? Yes!

But AM I A FAILURE? The answer is still YES!

I am not denying the awesome things God has done and still doing, I am only wondering why through a failure?

I see only
#AMARACHUKWU (Grace) &
#IKECHUKWU (God's Strength) being responsible for all!

The Bible says "no one knows the thing of a man except the spirit in that man, likewise no one knows the things of God except the spirit of God." (1Cor.2:11)

Even Apostle PAUL could not understand how a miserable man like him could do mighty things for God. (Romans 7:19-24)

I do not desire to receive credit because I wonder if I am ever deserving of any.

This is what I desire, your #Prayers &
#Forgiveness
because it's obvious that in my imperfection I must have HURT/HARM many.

Everybody is ashamed of being a failure but the reason HOPE exist is so that a failure of today can become a success tomorrow.

I AM A FAILURE TODAY, BUT I AM HOPEFUL FOR A SUCCESSFUL TOMORROW!

#MUNDANE_ENGAGEMENT

By @PstIyke

This is almost single-handedly responsible for the high rate of
#Complacency,
#Lukewarmness and
#Redundancy
of a life meant to be glorious.

How did we condescend this low to celebrating the mundane over that which is glorious indeed.

Who really did this to us?
Why are we surprised at the high rate of perversions?
Perversion is now a norm and the norm is speedily becoming abnormal!

What really do we expect that will happen when unlike PAUL the apostle, we no longer preach Christ and Him crucified?
Sincerely?!
I don't see any hope until we change our engagement.

Is it not disturbing, disgusting and horribly disheartening that Grace is now preached especially in the context of #Fame,
#Affluence,
#Wealth,
#Abundance
etc?

The above are fine, only that they exclude the
#Personality,
#Mannerism,
#Disposition and
#Attitude of Grace.

Enough of preaching what is in the hand of Christ!
What is in His heart must be preached if sanity and beauty must return.

The attitude of
"it doesn't matter how I am, just bless me,"
must be over and done with.
It matters
#HOW_we_are,
#WHO_we_are and
#WHOSE_we_are.

#Mundane_Engagement is an obsession for what He can give against who He is!
While solid and proper engagement is an obsession for who He is.

I want to know you, the only true God and Jesus Christ whom thou have sent.
Moses passionately solicited and said SHOW ME YOUR GLORY! (John3:17;Philippines 3:10;Exodus33:18)

Shift your focus!,
forget the mundane!
The blessing is not in
#Cars,
#Mansions,
#Fame,
#Connection,
#Influence or
#Affluence.
The blessing is HIM & in HIM.
(#Jesus #Christ)

The cry this year shouldn't really be God give me "THIS" & "THAT".
Your heart cry this year should be
#God_Give_Me_You!

May God help us to avoid #Mundane_Engagement in Jesus Name! Amen!
